Piety is difficult for me, finding the time to do my devotional with the short time I have in the evenings with my schedule, but I still find the time. Throughout the day, I make prayers and blessings to the gods. And before I go to sleep, I say good night and thank the Gods and my Guardians for watching over me. This has been a nightly ritual for years and first started when I joined ADF in 2008. Piety to me is not what others expect you to do, but what you feel is the recommended amount of energy you wish to partake in your observance of honoring the Gods. The 8 high days, Moon Rituals, and any other worship is the Pillars in which you use to Honor the Gods, but more than that, it is a way for you to connect and show Piety to the old ways which are now the way you live.
